Brown AC / Heating always delivers a fair assessment and tries their very best to get all repairs done same day or next if a part is needed. We have been customers of Brown AC/Heating for over 6 years now with multiple homes. The latest service call was for our home on Galveston Island that our management company sent a tech to look at the heater. The tech that was originally sent out by the the mgnt company sent an "estimate" of 750 + tax - implying that it would be more to us once they were actually in there. We called Brown AC/Heating on our own knowing the trust we have in them. Brown came out did an inspection and named one item out of the several on the other persons explanation. The total cost for service, part and install was under $300. It is worth waiting for the right provider! Thank you to the team of Brown AC/Heating for always operating with integrity and being customer centric.

Brown Heating & Air came out to our property to fix our furnace through our warranty service soon after we initiated our warranty service. Unfortunately, our warranty service did not cover the repairs that needed to be done, so we had an option to utilize brown for the repair.There was a bit of a delay and confusion with getting the quote approved and scheduling the service as the emails automatically went to our spam folder, but once everything was figured out and the service was scheduled, they were able to repair the water heater quickly and itโs up and running now.
Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional. And they communicated! There was a small delay getting the part and they let us know. From start to finish the AC problem was solved in less than 24 hours. ๐
Brown Air Conditioning and heating responded to my call the next business day and sent a repairman out the next day after that. Chris is pleasant and thorough. He found the problem and ordered a piece of replacement equipment. But returned later that day after thinking of a better and faster repair he could do by replacing the old thermostat. He could have charged to replace both pieces and I would not have known better. He showed true integrity and represented his business well. He also suggested some maintenance that I could do to help the unit work better (change filters more frequently) and explained why it would help the machine. I appreciate honest and capable people.
